AI Product Manager
Job Purpose
Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of democratized Agentic AI services in Workplace Enablement, ensuring secure, compliant, scalable delivery that realizes measurable business value across functions.
Typical Accountabilities
- Define, own and deliver the service roadmap for Agentic AI in Workplace Enablement (multi-agent services, platform capabilities, enterprise connectors).
- Lead evergreen capability assessment & introduction, including demand intake and prioritization of Agentic AI features aligned to business goals.
- Accelerate value realization and report benefits using a defined value measurement approach; partner with Business Technology Groups to translate outcomes into KPIs.
- Cost management & allocation: own the product P&L (licensing, run, change) and drive sustainable unit economics.
- Engage BAU user communities to capture business requirements, co-create use cases and scale adoption.
- Partner with Engineering, Governance and C4E to sequence delivery, de-risk agent designs and enable citizen & pro-dev pathways.
- Curate a use-case funnel (retrieval → task → autonomous) with clear risk tiers and release readiness criteria.
- Continuously monitor emerging AI technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and maintain a leading-edge service.
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms with end users to ensure the product roadmap is informed by real-world needs and experiences.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Own the risk register for Agentic AI products, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, and reporting of risks in partnership with Governance
- Regularly review product performance metrics and value realization, implementing improvements to maximize business impact.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Product management experience of delivering citizen development services (operating models and enablement) with ability to demonstrate measurable value delivery.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI capabilities and associated tool sets, e.g. Copilot Studio/Agent Builder, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
- Relevant experience in stakeholder leadership across business & IT, including KPI design and management.
- Prior experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen, including P&L stewardship and business case delivery.
- Proven experience of managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
- Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
Desirable
- Product management of AI/automation platforms in large enterprises
- Knowledge of industry standard for Responsible AI and Governance.
- Demonstrate strong cyber security awareness in the application of service and technology management
- Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
